From my experience, it is no news that ladies with round faces are constantly looking for makeup tricks to slim their faces. So girls allow me to share a little bit of my knowledge with you on how to slim your face that actually works!

CONTOUR WITH FOUNDATION

Contouring is a must u cannot achieve anything without it. It is going to be key when you are trying to slim your face girls.
This makeup trick to slim your face is essential if you really want the illusion that your face isn't round, but instead that it is more oval. What will you need to contour? A shade lighter than your actual skin tone and a foundation that is an exact match (it’s complicated for beginners i am speaking from a professional point of view).  However for a quicker and less complicated result simply buy a good contour kit (sleek contour kit does the magic just pick your right shade). Basically concentrate on the outer corners of your face, your temple and right under your cheeks, the sides of your nose and your cheek bone.

MAKE YOUR EYEBROWS PROPORTIONAL

Truth is your eyebrows have a lot to do with slimming your face so don’t ignore them. One makeup trick to slim your face is all about making your eyebrows super proportional to your face and making them look beautiful. You don’t want your eyebrows to be too thin of too thick (that is an epic fail).

HIGHLY ARCHED EYEBROW

I don’t mean drawing a triangle on your face, while you are grooming your eyebrows, it is advisable to add in that high arch to your eyebrows. This trick will absolutely give the illusion that your eyes are larger and that your face is much slimmer that it might typically be. Try it out girls you won’t believe the difference.

APPLY EYE SHADOW AND EYELINER IN AN OUTWARD MOTION

It may sound like it doesn't matter, but, please when you are applying your eye shadow and even your liner, make sure that you are using an outward motion to do it. You might not think that it makes a difference, but the motion in which you use your brush does make a difference. When i noticed the magic in this trick and how my eyes stand out it became a part of me.

APPLY BRONZER TO THE HOLLOWS OF YOUR CHEEKS

If you aren't using bronzer right now, what are you waiting for? You've got to get one ASAP! This trick will not only give you a glow, but it’ll absolutely make sure that your face looks so much slimmer than it is right now. Just a little bronzer along the hollows of your cheeks and you’ll see a total transformation.

HIGHLIGHT THE TOPS OF YOUR CHEEKBONES

Speaking of your cheeks, adding a bit of highlighter to the tops of your cheeks is a great way to really even them out and make your face appear so much slimmer. You can also use your concealer to achieve this. Simply highlight your undereye, the bridge of your nose, your forehead, the tip of your chin, above and underneath your eyebrows (works like a charm trust me)

NO CIRCULAR MOTIONS

Lastly, if your face is round, you don’t want to make your brush movements round too. Instead, apply sweeping motions and always make sure that it is done outwardly. This can be your bronzer, blush, eyeshadow and even your powder. Please girls keep away from the round motions.
